Arriving in the U.S. in 2001, he brought with him a relentless work ethic and a visionary eye for spotting potential where others saw only fixer-uppers. After graduating from Troy High School and Wittenberg University, Arthur turned his family’s financial struggles into a thriving real estate business that has revitalized Ohio neighborhoods one property at a time.

But Arthur’s impact extends far beyond flipping houses. He’s a best-selling author, sharing his expertise and inspiring others to pursue their own real estate dreams. As the leader of a successful real estate sales team, Arthur empowers clients and investors alike with creative solutions and a passion for turning challenges into opportunities.

A proud member of his community, Arthur serves on local boards like the Clark County Historical Society, preserving the past while transforming it for future generations. When he’s not reshaping Ohio’s skyline, Arthur spends quality time with his wife, Cassandra, and their two energetic kids, Dimitri and Anastasia.

Nicknamed “Zoom Zoom” for his high-energy approach, Arthur is as quick with a solution as he is with his signature humor. Meet Steven Solomon

A man who could teach a masterclass on the American Dream (and possibly on pet wrangling). Steven Solomon, a proud first-generation immigrant, is the kind of guy who makes you believe anything’s possible. As co-owner of Comfort Living LLC, he’s flipped more properties than most people flip pancakes, overseeing everything from lead generation and market research to budgeting and those all-important ‘post-flip’ high-fives. His mission? Revitalize communities, create opportunities, and help others find their own little slice of the American Dream, preferably one with a fresh coat of paint.

But Steven’s dedication runs deeper than drywall. Nearly nine years of service in the U.S. Navy, including two tours to the Horn of Africa, the Red Sea, and the Persian Gulf, left him with more than a few great stories and a handful of sand in his boots. As a Leading Petty Officer, he kept air traffic control systems running like clockwork, building the leadership chops he now brings to his business.

On the academic side, Steven has racked up degrees like trophies—an MBA from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s from Rutgers University, where he graduated summa cum laude (yeah, he’s that guy). But it’s not all spreadsheets and property showings for Steven. He’s got a family—a wife, two kids, four cats, one dog, and about a dozen chickens that probably run the place. When he’s not kayaking or flipping a house, he’s flipping meat on the smoker, perfecting his latest BBQ recipe.

Through Comfort Living LLC, Steven’s out to help others build their dreams, one home at a time. If you’re ever lucky enough to join him on the lake, bring some ribs for the smoker and maybe a cat toy…you know, just in case.
